ZEN IN TEN YOGA CHALLENGE
Join this all levels journey inviting you to practice short, unique and accessible yoga flows for 10 days!
Experience the benefits of a daily physical practice made easy — these sessions are at a length that is manageable to implement into your day, ranging from 10-13 minutes. This challenge is a great way to start (or continue) a healthy habit of consistent movement.
This is an oppurtunity to explore all the benefits of a shorter practice, let go of the excuses holding you back from getting on the mat and embrace consistency over perfection. A shorter practice is also a great way to begin building your practice and training your body to do more over time. By having a short routine, you’re opening up so many possibilities for when and where to practice. These bite-sized classes can be done in the morning, right after work or even on your lunch break!
This challenge includes a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flows with a mix of both flexibility and mobility. You don’t need any props, just you and your mat.
