7 Days of Yoga is a week long challenge designed to help you commit to your yoga practice in a quick, fun and effective way!

Build or strengthen your daily practice with 25-minutes of yoga for 7 days straight. Experience different styles like power yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha/slow flow, yin yoga and dynamic yoga! These classes are uniquely designed for each day of the week to improve flexibility, balance and increase strength.

Although each class will be different, you may notice postures repeating from prior sequences. This is to give you the oppurtunity to develop specific muscle groups, and the space to go deeper into familiar postures.

Take this time to honor and show up for yourself through the habit of daily mindful movement. ✨

 
 

The challenge consists of 30 classes which can be completed at your own pace. Each class is a little different with a mixture of styles, lengths and focus. There are 11 brand new classes ranging from 12-40 minutes.

All it takes is one week to feel the difference in your yoga practice! Commit to just 7 days and explore all the benefits this practice has to offer… enhanced flexibility and strength, better posture, mental clarity and stress relief. Overall you will improve your well-being and foster a sense of balance in your daily life.

Day 2: Tuesday Vinyasa

Day 3: Wednesday Slow Flow

Day 4: Thursday Twists

Day 5: Friday Full Body

Day 6: Saturday Power

Day 7: Sunday Yin

To get the most out of these classes, I recommend creating a soothing atmosphere by clearing your space, lighting some incense and having some tea or water nearby. It’s best to do these classes in the morning or afternoon as most of them are meant to uplift and energize.
