Open Your Heart was intentionally created to allow you a space to slow down and connect within. Backbends are therapeutic, healing and can challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally. 

This yoga challenge will help to unlock the front body and bring new space, awareness and life into the places within yourself that are often closed off. Together we’ll move, breathe and flow to open the areas in your body needed to achieve a deep and fulfilling backbend practice.

 
 

The course consists of a variety of 21 classes + meditations (ranging from 14-minutes to 50+ minutes) which can be completed at your own pace. The challenge starts from the ground up, covering the basics and offering both modifications and variations for all levels.

Week 1

  • Day 1: Backbend Warm Up (17-min)

  • Day 2: Backbends For Beginners (29-min)

  • Day 3: Lunge Flow (30-min)

  • Day 4: Healthy Spine (36-min)

  • Day 5: Backbends With Blocks (37-min)

  • Day 6: Loving Kindness Meditation (20-min)

  • Day 7: Upper Body Focus (16-min)

Week 2

  • Day 8: Thoracic Mobility (22-min)

  • Day 9: Front Body Flexibility (26-min)

  • Day 10: Upper Body Strength (26-min)

  • Day 11: Wheel Pose Flow (36-min)

  • Day 12: Yin Yoga For The Heart (60-min)

  • Day 13: Quick Spinal Flow (14-min)

  • Day 14: Neck, Shoulders, & Upper Back Release (29-min)

 

Week 3

  • Day 15: Upper Body Yin (34-min)

  • Day 16: King Pigeon (40-min)

  • Day 17: Advanced Wall Stretches (30-min)

  • Day 18: Yoga For Emotional Release (36-min)

  • Day 19: Yoga Nidra For The Heart (20-min)

  • Day 20: Open Heart Flow + Med (24-min)
